When I started with him at 59, I didn’t have any injuries but felt that an assessment was maybe a good idea. He is extremely detailed in his approach and immediately identified areas that needed adjustment. For me, the time spent with him has been invaluable. Having just turned 70, his whole body workout approach, has allowed me to continue doing all of the activities that I enjoyed at my younger age. For me, my requirement has been primarily maintenance as opposed to rehabilitation, but he has treated family members and friends successfully who have required the latter. I use the services of a chiropractor and massage therapist and all 3 work together through a team approach. I have worked with him at the gym as well as virtually during the worst times of covid. Both approaches work equally well. Being a kinesiologist, his knowledge is well rounded and all inclusive.
