I heard about it from a zoe podcast that you need more as you get older and its helpful for bone health as you mentioned. I still eat lots of good food each day and do weights every second day. I was wondering if taking 1/2 tsp a day is enough. Thanks and its so nice to watch your videos. You sure explain things so well.
Hello Linda. So glad you found the info helpful. I don’t think 1/2 tsp will turn the dial favourably though it’s a great question. At least 5 g/day or higher for brain support
